David Fletcher Not A Strong DFS Play For Wednesday
6 years agoLos Angeles Angels second baseman David Fletcher has emerged as the team's leadoff hitter heading into the team's matchup against the Tigers on Wednesday. Fletcher is slashing .340/.404/.447 over his last 15 games but is facing a tough matchup Wednesday. The Tigers will send left-hander Matthew Boyd to the bump, and Fletcher is hitting only .205 against left-handed pitching this season. Combine that with a below-average exit velocity of only 83.9 mph, and Fletcher's chances of doing damage in DFS will be limited.
