Davante Adams Has Huge Game In Raiders Upset Win
3 months agoLas Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams bounced back in a big way Sunday, converting a team-high 12 targets into nine catches for 110 targets and a touchdown in Sunday's 26-23 upset win over the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens' defense is normally extremely tough, but they had no answer for Adams' elite play. The 31-year-old shook defenders with slick routes, shoved his way through defenders, and found the slimmest of spaces to make catch after catch. He's proven to be a reliable target for QB Gardner Minshew II, and it's likely they built just a bit more chemistry in this game. Adams and Minshew II will look to further cultivate the excellent chemistry they've built up in a Week 3 showdown with the lowly Carolina Panthers.
