4 years agoThe Milwaukee Brewers reached an agreement with infielder Daniel Robertson on a one-year, $900,000 deal on Tuesday, according to a source. The 26-year-old played in just 13 games last year with the Giants after he was designated for assignment by the Rays in August. He posted a .750 OPS with two RBI in his 13 games played. Robertson was the 34th overall pick by the A's in 2012 and was traded to Tampa in 2015 as part of the trade that sent Ben Zobrist to Oakland. He had a 122 OPS+ with nine home runs and 34 RBI while playing five different positions in 87 games for the Rays in 2018, his best season in the majors. Robertson figures to be a utility man for Milwaukee in 2021, giving him very minimal fantasy appeal.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
