D'Andre Swift Returns To Practice Thursday
2 years agoDetroit Lions running back D'Andre Swift (ankle) returned to practice on Thursday after being held out of Wednesday's session as a precaution. Swift tweaked his ankle in Week 1 and was questionable heading into last week's win over the Washington Commanders. He played but was in on just 51 percent of the offensive snaps and touched the ball only seven times. Swift was still able to help fantasy managers out by being productive with his limited touches and finding the end zone. The 23-year-old is feeling much better this week and should see more time on the field this Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings. Barring a setback, Swift will be a must-start, low-end RB1 in Week 3 in a Lions offense that has looked explosive through two weeks.
