Damien Harris Not Expected To Play Thursday Night
2 years agoNew England Patriots running back Damien Harris (thigh) is not expected to play on Thursday night in Week 13 against the Buffalo Bills, according to a source. Harris is considered week-to-week going forward, so he's expected to miss some time after injuring his thigh in the Thanksgiving night loss to the Minnesota Vikings last Thursday. The 25-year-old was seen using crutches last week and did not take part in Monday's practice. Fantasy managers should keep him Harris on their benches this week. Rhamondre Stevenson, who has already taken over as the team's primary back, should have an even higher ceiling, albeit in a tough matchup, this Thursday against Buffalo. In nine games in 2022, Harris has 84 carries for 383 yards (4.6 yards per carry) and three touchdowns, adding 13 receptions for 75 yards.
