The Chicago Bears placed offensive lineman Dakota Dozier (knee) on Injured Reserve on Tuesday and signed free-agent defensive back Jayson Stanley in a corresponding move. Dozier was carted off the field at practice last week with a left knee injury. The 31-year-old was signed to a one-year deal this offseason and was expected to provide depth at the guard positions in 2022. It's now unlikely that Dozier will make the Bears final roster after training camp. Dozier was originally a fourth-round pick by the New York Jets in 2014 out of Furman. He played his first four seasons with the Jets before spending the last three years with the Minnesota Vikings.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
