Cordarrelle Patterson Will Be A Game-Time Decision
3 years agoAtlanta Falcons head coach Arthur Smith said that running back Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) will be a game-time decision for Thursday night's game against the New England Patriots. Patterson was a limited practice participant all week, but it's hard to really gauge his status when the team only had walkthrough practices on the short week. The 30-year-old has been one of Atlanta's best offensive weapons this year, and he's maintained a high floor for fantasy managers because of his receiving ability out of the backfield. Patterson had only four carries for 25 yards and caught one pass for 14 yards last week, but he didn't play at all in the second half after spraining his ankle. If he isn't cleared by Thursday night, Mike Davis and Wayne Gallman would form an uninspiring backfield duo for Atlanta.
