Corbin Carroll Homers To Conclude Rookie Season
2 years agoArizona Diamondbacks rookie outfielder Corbin Carroll went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in the team's 4-2 win over the Milwaukee Brewers on Wednesday to wrap up his first MLB season on a high note. The 22-year-old left-handed hitter closed out the year with six hits in his final 19 at-bats with the home run, four runs scored and a stolen base in his final six games. In total, Carroll slashed .260/.330/.500 with an .830 OPS, four home runs, 14 RBI, 13 runs scored and two stolen bases in 104 at-bats in his first 32 games for the Snakes in 2022. He should be a big part of Arizona's future moving forward and should see regular playing time from the beginning of next season.
