Dallas Cowboys quarterback Cooper Rush is coming off of a shaky performance against Cincinnati. The career backup is in low QB2 range this week against a Carolina Panthers' defense that has slowly improved since an atrocious start to the season. Even so, it is still one of the league's worst defensive units. With that being said, Rush showed last week that he cannot be trusted even in the softest of matchups.
