Cooper Kupp Should Be In Demand On Trade Market
NFL executives believe Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp will have a solid trade market this offseason because he's quarterback-friendly, makes contested catches and is an extremely hard worker. There are questions about the 31-year-old's lower-body injuries, but he did manage 67 receptions for 710 yards and six touchdowns while missing five games in 2024. The Rams might have to eat some of the $20 million Kupp is due in 2025 to facilitate a trade, but ESPN's Jeremy Fowler mentions the New England Patriots, Pittsburgh Steelers, Detroit Lions, Washington Commanders and Kansas City Chiefs as a few teams that could be interested. An AFC executive said the Pats would be "foolish" not to look at Kupp, while the Steelers were already interested in Kupp at last year's trade deadline. All but $5 million of his $20 million salary in 2025 is guaranteed in the form of a roster bonus.

Chicago Bears running back Kyle Monangai (toe, thumb) returned to a limited practice on Friday and is listed as questionable to play on Sunday night against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 9, according to Brad Biggs of The Chicago Tribune. Friday was the first time that Monangai participated in practice since suffering a turf-toe injury in the win over the New York Jets on Oct. 4. The 24-year-old is certainly making progress, but because the Bears play on Sunday Night Football this week, Monangai will be a hard sell as a fantasy starter at RB in Week 9. And since he has missed the last five games due to multiple injuries, there is a good chance that the Bears would take it easy on Monangai in terms of a full workload if he were cleared to play on Sunday evening. The former seventh-rounder in 2025 from Rutgers is a must-add off the waiver wire if he is available as he nears a return. Monangai already has two 100-yard rushing games and three rushing touchdowns as the bruising between-the-tackles complement to starting RB D'Andre Swift in Chicago.

Colby Parkinson Questionable for Week 9 Against Commanders

Deshaun Watson Questionable to Play on Sunday
Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson (concussion) is being listed as questionable to play on Sunday in Week 9 against the New Orleans Saints, according to Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN. In six games so far in 2026, Wicks has caught only 19 of 32 targets for 284 yards and one touchdown.

DeVonta Smith Remains Out of Practice on Friday

The Eagles have a bye next week, so hopefully both Smith and Wicks will be ready to return in Week 11 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
