Clyde Edwards-Helaire To Practice Tuesday
2 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (ankle), who is currently on Injured Reserve, will practice on Tuesday, according to head coach Andy Reid. Edwards-Helaire landed on Injured Reserve in mid-November but has been improving and could be available to the Chiefs for the Divisional Round game against the Jacksonville Jaguars this Saturday. It will depend on how the 23-year-old looks in practice this week. But even if CEH is activated from IR and is active this weekend, fantasy managers shouldn't expect anything from him. Jerick McKinnon and rookie Isaiah Pacheco have been a great tandem in Edwards-Helaire's absence. Injuries continue to be a problem for CEH early in his career, as he played in 10 regular season games for the second year in a row, totaling a career-low 302 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 71 carries, adding 17 catches for 151 yards and three more TDs on 23 targets.
