Clint Frazier Not Doing Baseball Activities
3 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Clint Frazier has been able to lift weights but isn't doing any baseball activities yet. He will visit with another eye doctor on Monday and will need to go on a minor league rehab assignment before he returns to the active roster. Frazier went on the injured list before the All-Star break due to dizziness that was originally believed to be vertigo, but doctors have since ruled that out. The 26-year-old has no timetable for a return, and he won't be guaranteed regular at-bats in the Yankees outfield whenever he does return after going just 34-for-183 (.186) with five home runs and 15 RBI before he landed on the injured list. There's no reason to continue holding onto Frazier at this point in mixed leagues.
