Philadelphia Flyers forward Claude Giroux netted both of the team's goals in Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Islanders. Travis Konecny and Jakub Voracek each recorded two assists. Giroux has always been more of a playmaker, but he's on quite a roll in front of the goal at the moment having netted 10 times since the start of last month. He's up to 11 goals and 29 points for the campaign in 34 games. The Flyers are having an awful time defensively at the moment, but their offense is flowing nicely as they head into a five-game week. Three of the outings will be against the Bruins, who have allowed 13 goals in their past three games, and they also get to face the Sabres, who have been out of sorts all season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
