Los Angeles Angels second base prospect Christian Moore continued to stay hot at Double-A as he went 4-for-4 with two long balls and three RBI on Friday evening. Moore was bumped up to Double-A after needing just two starts at Single-A. Through his first five games at Double-A Rocket City, the former eight-overall selection in this year's draft is riding an incredible .550/.571/.1.300 slash line with five home runs. This was his second multi-home run game at Double-A. With Tennessee, Moore showcased his elite raw power by tallying 34 round-trippers last season, which placed him third among all NCAA Division I athletes. Given his current pace and production, Moore could have a strong chance to spend the majority of next season in the major leagues.--Andy SmithRead More News
