Chris Godwin Ruled Out Against Packers
2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin (hamstring) and defensive end Akiem Hicks (foot) have been ruled out for Week 3 against the Green Bay Packers after they both missed practice all week. Godwin will miss his second straight game after tweaking his hammy in the season opener. With Mike Evans suspended this Sunday and Julio Jones (knee) also a game-time decision, quarterback Tom Brady could be down to Russell Gage, Breshad Perriman and Scotty Miller as his top three receiving targets against Green Bay. Because Godwin has yet to practice since his injury in Week 1, fantasy managers should already be considering him questionable to play in a Week 4 showdown against the Kansas City Chiefs.
