6 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson is officially questionable for Sunday due to a slight groin injury, and head coach Pete Carroll seemed hesitant to commit one way or the other when he talked to reporters. Carroll said the team's goal is to "make sure on game day he's okay," but he quickly followed that up by acknowledging that a backup plan was in place. Carson has been a key component of Seattle's run offense this season, but he's also got a long history of nagging injuries. Mike Davis stepped in for Carson earlier in the year and played admirably, so the coaching staff likely won't push Carson to go unless they're absolutely sure he's 100%.
