For Chase Briscoe, it was not where he started but truly where he finished. The Stewart-Haas Racing driver qualified 24th on Saturday. Later in the race, Briscoe started to make progress and wound up in the top ten. On the restart, the No. 14 Ford solidified his position winding up seventh at Phoenix. Briscoe had a mere 28 points after three races and netted his first top-ten finish too.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
