Montreal Canadiens goaltender Cayden Primeau will make his fourth start of the season on Friday against San Jose. The 24-year-old has gone 1-2-0 through his first few outings in 2023-24, posting a 3.98 goals-against average with a .885 save percentage. Primeau got hammered by the Golden Knights a week ago in his last start when he allowed six goals on 42 shots, but Friday's task should be a much easier one for him. The 3-15-1 Sharks have been awful all season and have by far the poorest offensive record in the league, with only 1.47 goals scored per game.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
