Buffalo Sabres goaltender Carter Hutton left Tuesday's 3-0 loss to Philadelphia early with an unspecified injury. He collided into Ivan Provorov early in the second period before leaving in the middle of the frame. Hutton saved 19 of 20 shots before he was forced to exit. Jonas Johansson came on to replace him and gave up one goal on nine shots against. Hutton's injury is horrible news for the Sabres, as they are already without Linus Ullmark (personal). Johansson is an unproven goalie in the league who made his first six career appearances last season. Buffalo will hope that Ullmark returns soon and Hutton's issue isn't a long-term injury.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
