Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Carlos Rodon (shoulder) will make his first rehab start for Single-A Kannapolis of the South Atlantic League on Saturday. Rodon, 25, has been on the shelf since September of 2017 after undergoing arthroscopic surgery to repair significant bursitis in his left (throwing) shoulder. If everything goes according to plan during his rehab stint, Rodon should be starting games for the White Sox soon. Rodon could make for an interesting stash in deeper leagues, as he's averaged around nine strikeouts per nine innings in his short MLB career thus far.--Phil Goyette
