St. Louis Cardinals closer Carlos Martinez wasn't great on Monday, but he escaped his outing with his ninth save of the season. Martinez allowed a run on three hits, including a home run, but ended up wrapping up the game for a 6-5 Cardinals win in 10 innings. He's been a bit shaky of late, so it wouldn't be a shock to see the Cardinals try to improve their ninth inning pitching through the trade market. Martinez will retain value in holds leagues, but his standard league value is very dependent on what St. Louis does before the deadline.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
