St. Louis Cardinals closer Carlos Martinez allowed a run on Wednesday but earned a save in a 6-5 win over the Pirates. He bounced back somewhat from Tuesday's rougher outing, but he still gave up a run on three hits in his inning of work. It was his sixth save and his ERA sits at 3.18. He's been used as a full-time or "traditional" closer by the Cardinals, so he needs to be owned in all formats.--David A Marcillo
