Brooklyn Nets forward Cameron Johnson (ankle) will remain out on Tuesday against the Houston Rockets. An ankle sprain will keep Johnson sidelined for a sixth consecutive game. However, Johnson's return appears to be close, as he went through most of Monday's practice. Tuesday marks the start of a back-to-back for Brooklyn, so it's possible Johnson will be welcomed back into the lineup on Wednesday against the Washington Wizards. With that said, the trade deadline is approaching, and Johnson may have played his last game as a Net. Since Cam Thomas (hamstring) also remains sidelined, Ziaire Williams and Jalen Wilson have increased offensive responsibilities.

Ochai Agbaji Signs with Thunder
The Oklahoma City Thunder are signing guard/forward Ochai Agbaji to fill their open roster spot, according to ESPN's Shams Charania. The move gives Oklahoma City another wing option after Jalen Williams (leg) and Cason Wallace (shoulder) underwent surgery. Agbaji averaged 5.1 points and 2.3 rebounds across 62 games with Toronto and Brooklyn last season before being waived by New York ahead of this season. He shot just 18.5 percent from three with the Raptors, though he connected at a 39.9 percent clip in 2024-25. With Oklahoma City short on healthy wings, Agbaji should get a chance to compete for rotation minutes, but his shooting will need to improve for him to hold onto them.

Tarik Biberovic Out Again Friday
Dallas Mavericks forward Tarik Biberovic (heel) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Houston Rockets, delaying his NBA debut for at least one more game. Biberovic has missed Dallas' first five contests with heel bursitis after appearing three times during the preseason. His final exhibition was a rough one, as he shot 3-for-12 from the field and 1-for-9 from three against New Orleans.
