Cameron Brate Ruled Out With Concussion Sunday Night
2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cameron Brate (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of the Sunday night game against the Kansas City Chiefs after being placed in the concussion protocol. Brate caught four of his eight targets for 32 yards before leaving the game just before halftime, so he at least was able to produce something for his fantasy managers before leaving the game for good. Kyle Rudolph was a healthy scratch for this contest, so rookie Cade Otton will have a bigger role the rest of the game with the Buccaneers down big on the scoreboard with Brate now officially out the rest of the way. Late in the third quarter, Otton has one reception for six yards on his two catches. If Brate cannot pass the concussion protocol for the Week 5 contest, Otton could be in play as a deep-league TE2 streamer.
