1 month agoTampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cameron Brate had an uninspired outing in Week 5 versus the Saints. He caught his only target for 11 yards against a stingy Saints Defense. Quarterback Jameis Winston was locked onto Chris Godwin all day and gave him 11 targets. No other player saw more than three. Perhaps after the Bucs Week 7 bye week the tight ends can get rolling again. In consecutive weeks, the Bucs will face the Titans, Seahawks and Cardinals, who are all ranked 25th or worse at defending the position. Brate is a TE2 for Week 6 against the Panthers Defense and will remain a bench player or waiver wire candidate, except in the deepest of leagues.--John D - RotoBaller
