Bucs Pondering Keeping A QB Away From Facilities
5 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians said he's trying to decide whether to keep a quarterback away from the team facilities to ensure that the Bucs have a healthy signal-caller to use in case Tom Brady and his backup must be quarantined due to coronavirus. Blaine Gabbert will likely be Brady's direct backup, so Ryan Griffin could be kept away from the team's facilities during training camp as a precaution. It's unknown how the league plans to handle situations where players test positive for coronavirus during the season, so these are things that coaching staffs must think about now.
