Bryce Harper Hits 18th Homer Wednesday
7 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper hit his 18th home run of the season against the Orioles on Wednesday. It was a solo shot for Harper in the third inning against Baltimore starter David Hess. Harper added to his National League-leading home run total and now has moved into a tie for the most home runs in baseball along with Mike Trout and J.D. Martinez. As long as Harper can stay healthy, he should continue to be one of the top hitters in all of fantasy baseball for the remainder of the season. He is also working on batting his way to a monstrous contract in free agency this offseason, where Harper could possibly command upwards of $400 million on the open market.
