Bryce Eldridge Goes Deep In Second Straight Game
Bryce Eldridge went 1-for-4 with a walk-off home run during their contest against Triple-A Las Vegas on Wednesday evening. This was also Eldridge's second-straight game going deep. Since returning to Triple-A Sacramento on July 18 after a stint on the injured list, Eldridge has held a strong .647 SLG with three extra-base hits over his last five games. Through 21 games with Triple-A this season, the top-ranked prospect in San Francisco has held a .231/.279/.474 line with four doubles and five long balls. While Eldridge has struggled to make consistent contact, he has continued to show immense power upside. Earlier in the season, he held a .862 OPS through 34 games with Double-A. If Eldridge can continue to find his footing at Triple-A, he could be in the mix for a late-season MLB debut.
