With 28 seconds left in the second round, Bryan Battle was able to secure a rear-naked choke to make AJ Fletcher tap out on Saturday. After he controlled much of the first round on the feet, Battle got dropped when Fletcher landed an elbow with 30 seconds left in the round. Battle survived the round and seemingly looked fresh when the second round started. In 9:32 of action, Battle landed a takedown and 63 significant strikes.
