Denver Broncos linebacker Bradley Chubb (ankle) is a game-time decision for Week 1 against the New York Giants, and the team could decide his status after a pre-game workout. Sources say that the Broncos will be cautious and make sure that Chubb is healthy for the final 16 games. Sitting the pass-rusher in the season opener might be the smart move, considering his ankle isn't 100 percent healthy. If Chubb is inactive against New York, Malik Reed would likely get the start opposite star linebacker Von Miller. The Chubb/Miller tandem is mostly what makes the Broncos defense exciting for fantasy purposes, but their secondary is also very strong. A Chubb absence on Sunday could lower the Broncos defense's overall ceiling, but they are still worth a starting lineup spot against a Giants offense that will ease star running back Saquon Barkley in.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
