He put the team on the board 15:37 into the game and ended up picking up the game-winning goal as well with a strike on the power play 16:47 into the second frame. Nelson had eight shots on goal in total, and he registered one hit in 20:52 of ice time. The 31-year-old has been on fire lately, and Nelson will enter the next matchup riding a career-high seven-game point streak.
