The Milwaukee Brewers optioned infielder Brice Turang to Triple-A Nashville on Wednesday and reinstated shortstop Willy Adames (concussion) from the seven-day concussion list in a corresponding move. The Brewers want their rookie shortstop to get some more seasoning on the farm after he struggled to the tune of a .205 average (34-for-166) with four doubles, two triples, three home runs, 14 RBI, nine stolen bases and 48 strikeouts in his first 57 major-league games. Adames will return to the regular starting duties at the 6 in Milwaukee. The 23-year-old left-handed-hitting Turang should eventually rejoin the Brew Crew at the big-league level this year, but for now he can be dropped in deep-mixed fantasy leagues.--Keith Hernandez
