Brian Hartman, currently ranked 20th in the official World Golf rankings, has played excellent golf to start his season. Since this past October and taking the Farmers Insurance Open missed cut, he’s placed no worse than 33rd, including five top-five finishes, with his most recent at the WGC-Mexico Championship. This was his last tournament played, and he played very well. He shot three rounds of 68 and a solo 67 to finish in fifth place. Harman has an opportunity at the Arnold Palmer Invitational to make some noise. He’s a very solid ball striker and has a masterful short game. As he’s done all season long, he should remain competitive in this tournament and has a great chance to be perched on the leaderboard all week long. Play him with confidence, especially at his friendly price point.--Drake Peaugh
