1 year agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Freddy Peralta was optioned to Triple-A Colorado Springs on Thursday after allowing three runs in 3 2/3 innings to the Marlins on Wednesday. In a corresponding move, starter Wade Miley was activated from the 60-day disabled list and is starting against the Pirates on Thursday. The rookie Peralta put up an impressive 2.65 ERA, 0.96 WHIP and 12.1 K/9 over his seven starts for the Brewers. He's worthy of stashing in dynasty leagues and would become useful again in most leagues if he's back in the rotation at all in the second half.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
