Breshad Perriman Hopes To Re-Sign
5 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Breshad Perriman said that he hopes to re-sign with the team. Perriman likes what this offense is all about as they try to stretch the field through the air. He had a career-high 36 catches for 645 yards and six touchdowns in his first year in Tampa, but most of that production came in the final three weeks with both Mike Evans (hamstring) and Chris Godwin (hamstring) injured. Perriman finished with three straight 100-yard games and four touchdowns on 17 catches to close the year. That three-game stretch surely earned him a lot of cash on the free-agent market this year, but it'll take an injury to either Evans or Godwin to make him more than just a boom/bust deep threat if he stays in Tampa.
