Fresh off his best performance of the season, a T17 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, Brendan Steele missed the cut at last week's Players Championship. Steele appeared to be cruising after an opening-round 68, but things unraveled quickly with a brutal round of 76 on Friday. His API finish was propelled by some uncharacteristically-great putting, but Steele was back to normal at TPC Sawgrass and lost 1.2 strokes on the greens en route to the missed cut. The 35-year-old will give it a go in this week's Valspar Championship. It will be hard to roster the slumping veteran in any fantasy format.--Joe Nicely - RotoBaller
