1 month agoThe Atlanta Braves are believed to have checked in with starting pitcher Hyun-Jin Ryu, but their level of interest is unknown. The Dodgers, Blue Jays and Twins are also interested in the left-handed hurler. The Korean southpaw had a fine season with the Dodgers in 2019, going 14-5 with a 2.32 ERA, 1.01 WHIP and 163 strikeouts in 182 2/3 innings over 29 starts. Health can be an issue for Ryu, but you can't argue with his results when he's been healthy as a high-end fantasy starter. He's more of a ground-ball pitcher, and staying in Los Angeles would be best for his fantasy upside. However, his profile would also be very attractive in Atlanta for another contending team.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
