Brandon Marsh Placed On 10-Day Injured List
4 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Brandon Marsh was placed on the 10-day injured list on Wednesday. Details are unknown, but typically teams have been very protective of players that have tested positive for COVID-19 or are still in the quarantine period. The 2016 second-round pick had been praised as a prospect coming into spring training even though he was not expected to make a major league impact in 2020. But with the shortened season, Marsh has been added to the roster and could be in line to contribute. Marsh was dealing with a shoulder injury in spring training, but the team, per MLB rules, does not have to disclose his injury at this time. He's an attractive stash in dynasty/keeper leagues, but he's unlikely to make any fantasy noise in 2020.
