Brandon Hagel Shines On First Line
2 years agoTampa Bay Lightning winger Brandon Hagel was the key man Tuesday against New Jersey, producing a goal and two assists in a 4-1 victory. With Steven Stamkos (lower body) ruled out for the contest, Hagel jumped on the first line and found immediate chemistry with Nikita Kucherov and Brayden Point. He even managed to collect one of his assists in a short-handed situation. Hagel has exploded for five points across the last two games and it's been a very good season for him overall, with the 24-year-old recording 24 goals and 32 assists for a career-high haul of 56 points in 68 games.
