2 years agoHouston Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks (calf) is not practicing on Wednesday to begin the week. Cooks injured his calf in practice last week and was held out of the Week 13 loss to the Cleveland Browns. It's not a good sign that he's not practicing on Wednesday, but he still has two more chances to get back out on the field to close out the week if he wants to play in Week 14 against the Dallas Cowboys. If the 29-year-old returns this Sunday, he'll also be working with quarterback Davis Mills again after he was benched in favor of Kyle Allen the last two games. Even if Cooks suits up, he's been a low-upside WR4/flex in fantasy this year. Nico Collins would benefit as Houston's top wideout if Cooks misses a second straight game.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
