2 years agoHouston Texans wide receivers Brandin Cooks (calf) and Nico Collins (foot) have both officially been ruled out for Week 14 against the Dallas Cowboys after neither receiver was able to practice this week. Cooks will be missing his second straight game. It's a tough break for quarterback Davis Mills, who will take back over under center after a two-game trial from Kyle Allen. Against a Texans offense that has scored the second-fewest points per game (15.7) this year, the Cowboys defense/special teams is a must-start this weekend. Chris Moore and Phillip Dorsett will see significantly expanded roles in the passing game this Sunday, making them worth flex consideration in deeper leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
