Washington Capitals goaltender Braden Holtby was forced to leave Saturday's 2-1 loss to Columbus early after injuring his left eye. He took a stick to the eye from Cam Atkinson through his mask in the second period. Pheonix Copley replaced Holtby, and he played a perfect game until getting beaten by Artemi Panarin on a power play in overtime. It's not yet known how much time Holtby is forced to miss. His absence will be a blow for the Caps, although Copley has done very well this season, posting a 10-2-3 record with a 2.56 goals-against average and a .916 save percentage.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
