Boone Jenner Exits Friday's Game After Taking Puck To Face
1 year agoColumbus Blue Jackets forward Boone Jenner was limited to 12:16 of ice time against St. Louis on Friday, exiting the game early after getting struck in the face by a puck. Jenner has been Columbus' leading goal-scorer this season, having lit the lamp 13 times, and he's also been the team's top-scoring forward with 18 points in 29 outings. Highly-rated rookie Adam Fantilli could land a top-six job in Jenner's absence if he's forced to sit out some time. The Blue Jackets return to action on Sunday versus Florida.
