Tampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Blake Snell had a rough Sunday versus Baltimore. He lasted only 3 1/3 innings allowing five runs. The day got even worse for fantasy managers who have Snell as it has been revealed that he has been dealing with a right-hip issue. They claim it will not keep him out of his next scheduled outing though. The rough outing ended a few streaks for Snell. He had gone six straight starts allowing two or fewer runs. Snell had also gone 12 starts allowing five or fewer hits. Snell just recently turned 25 years old but already had 218 1/3 innings pitched in the majors going into 2018. The most obvious strength of Snell's young career has been his 217 strikeouts coming into the season, showing that he is a power pitcher that can make a difference in fantasy lineups. He seemed like a fourth or fifth starter for fantasy coming into the season but is currently vastly outperforming that.--Jamie Mellor
