Philadelphia 76ers guard Ben Simmons (back) has not suffered any setbacks and is ready to play, according to Jackie MacMillan. Simmons was dealing with a lower back impingement, but it appears to be much better now. The Sixers might have lost him for the rest of the regular season if there wasn't a hiatus. It's unclear when the NBA is going to get back in action, but it sounds like the Sixers are healthy and ready to play whenever the commissioner gives them the green light.--Andy Webb
