The Chicago Bears have interviewed Brian Flores for their vacant heading-coaching job on Saturday. Flores is currently the defensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings. He has served in that position for two seasons, but was previously the head coach of the Miami Dolphins for three seasons. Flores is a brilliant defensive coach, but he might not be the perfect fit in Chicago given their offense struggled throughout most of the season. Regardless, Flores is a highly coveted coach and has already interviewed with the Jacksonville Jaguars and New York Jets as well.--Andy Webb
