Antonio Senzatela Hammered By Cubs
6 years agoColorado Rockies starting pitcher Antonio Senzatela's luck ran out on Wednesday when the Cubs teed off on his mediocre stuff. Senzatela was flying high as he was coming off back-to-back quality starts, but Chicago dropped a five-spot on him in the second inning and a three-run start to the fifth would chase him before he recorded an out in the frame. Senzatela's bad walk rate and worse strikeout rate combine to make him a volatile innings-eater at best, and when half his outings come in the launching pad in Denver, absolute meltdowns are a given. The less-powerful Diamondbacks are his next scheduled opponent, but he still shouldn't be owned.
