Anthony Schwartz Remains In Concussion Protocol
3 years agoCleveland Browns rookie wide receiver Anthony Schwartz (concussion) continued to miss practice on Tuesday as he tries to get past a concussion that he suffered back in Week 10. It's not a good start to the week for the 21-year-old, but there's still a chance that he's cleared later this week in order to play on Saturday against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 15. However, even with Jarvis Landry on the COVID-19 list, it's hard to imagine Schwartz being a huge part of Cleveland's offensive game plan if he gets cleared for this weekend after such a long layoff. Schwartz has only eight catches (17 targets) for 117 yards in 10 games played in his rookie season. Donovan Peoples-Jones and Rashard Higgins would likely serve as the team's top two receivers if Landry isn't cleared by Saturday's contest.
