Andy Reid Expects Skyy Moore To "Step Up"
12 months agoKansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid expects wide receiver Skyy Moore to "step up" this season. The wideout had plenty of hype entering the 2022-23 campaign, his inaugural season in the league. However, he finished the year with only 22 catches for 250 yards while being held without a touchdown. Of course, Patrick Mahomes had more than enough pass-catchers at his disposal, with Travis Kelce remaining his preferred target. But with JuJu Smith-Schuster and Mecole Hardman now gone via free agency, the door is open for Moore to benefit. With that said, this isn't the first time we've heard a coach talk about the anticipated progression of a player. Yet, Reid has mentioned the 2022 second-round pick a lot this offseason, which is never bad for fantasy purposes.
