8 months agoCincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton has been impressed with rookie tight end Drew Sample so far in offseason workouts. "He’s picked up on things quickly," said Dalton. "He’s what you want in a tight end. 'Polished,' is a good word for him." Sample was the best blocking tight end in the draft, but pass-catching isn't his best trait. He's a physical, tough player but will also have to contend with Tyler Eifert (if healthy) and C.J. Uzomah in the passing game. Sample could develop into a decent pass-catcher in time, but he won't be one to target in redraft leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
